A complete range of fitness, endurance and competition training plans are tailored to suit you and the interactive catalogue of 100+ workouts keep you moving and improving, with personal targets and on-screen guidance.

Use it at home, in the gym or anywhere you have access to an indoor bike. Connect your Wahoo KICKR, Wattbike, ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart sensors and youll get your live data on-screen, whilst you train. Train without any sensors and you’ll still get personal workout targets.

Motivo supports live data from Bluetooth Smart Heart Rate monitors, Speed & Cadence sensors and some power devices such as the Wahoo KICKR. When combined with an Wahoo Fitness ANT+ dongle, you can also connect ANT+ Heart Rate monitors, Speed & Cadence sensors, Power meters and later models of the Wattbike.
